To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
MyntPress uses C2PA (Content Provenance and Authenticity) metadata and AI detection technology to protect your content. While we strive to provide effective protection, we cannot guarantee that all unauthorized usage will be detected or prevented.
You retain all rights to your content. MyntPress does not claim ownership of any content you protect through our service.
On a plan that includes AI access pricing, MyntPress provides tools for you to set a price and to allow, challenge, or block automated access to your content. Any price you set is an offer only. MyntPress does not require any crawler, AI company, or other third party to accept that offer, and does not control whether any request is paid. Payment occurs only if a third party completes it. MyntPress may process a completed payment and retain its stated platform fee. No volume, enrollment, or revenue is promised.
Subscription fees are charged for the software and related services. They are not a share of third-party payments and are earned when billed. Failure of a crawler or AI company to pay, a low number of paid requests, or the absence of a payment method on a crawler is not a failure of the service and is not grounds for a refund, credit, or claim.
Adoption of paid access by customers may be visible to third parties as demand for content. That demand does not obligate any third party to pay, to change its products, or to enable payment, and it is not a representation by MyntPress that any such change will occur.
MyntPress is not the agent of any AI company. Except for a payment actually completed through the service, MyntPress is not the merchant of record for a crawler’s use of your content and does not hold unpaid offers as funds owed to you.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any pending balances may be subject to review.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI detection and paywall enforcement are best-effort.
In no event shall MyntPress be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost earnings from undetected crawls or payment processing issues.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyntPress operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
